Thanks for taking the time to make these.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=eirKHb-_1V0 looks good, but it seems that you are manually creating config.php: with the installer, this is not necessary. In fact, I have just removed it in this commit (https://github.com/GibbonEdu/core/commit/42a007ef1d3da692e53e75539ccd9f584b6517db), as it is no longer needed in the system. Without a voice over, it is tough to see what the overall process is, as I think people will get lost in the detail? Perhaps using some title sliders to break it up into sections might work?
