This may be silly question. Is it possible to install gibbon on Google drive. Or the only option is to use a web host. Our school got gsuite for education. So can it be used to host gibbon .

There’s no such thing as a silly question! For security reasons Google Drive does not allow you to execute PHP files on their servers, nor host a database, so the answer is no, this is not possible. Cheers, Ross.
