Incident report summary

hello admins and everyone,

Hope all is well and safe. I would like to ask if there is an add on module for getting incident report monthly/weekly/daily summary where it filters how many incidents reported to the Nurse office. What’s your method in recording this?

Hi Chellie,

For our nurse station we use People > Students > First Aid Record to record incidents. Are you using this functionality?

At the moment there is not a way to gather statistics from there, but it is something we could do through Query Builder.

Thank you for your response.

Yes, our nurses use First Aid Record functionality in Gibbon. Our nurses are currently counting the statistics every month and send report to the Admins. Please advise how to add this feature in the Query Builder.

Hi Chellie,

That is great to here. There are two options: your school can produce its own SQL statements and store them in Query Builder. Alternatively, if you hold a Valued Added License, you can email support@gibbonedu.com and we can create the queries with you. The cost of purchasing this license includes the creation of a couple of new queries.

If you try and create the queries yourself, feel free to ask any questions here.
