Agradecería el apoyo, instalé Gibbon con XAMPP y no logro cambiar el idioma a español. Hago la modificación pero sigue en ingles.

After setting up XAMPP you may need to install the locale before it works in Gibbon, something like:
sudo locale-gen es_ES`

XAMPP can be on Windows too, so I don’t think that command will help.
