I am wondering if there is anything I can do to retrieve my profile if I have accidentally deleted it? The other administration profiles have also been deleted.

We are seeking to address this case in v13, but in the current stable version (v12) there is not much you can do to recover your accountsif you do not have a backup. However, you can recreate them by going into your MySQL database and inserting a new row into gibbonPerson.
