Good day. How can a Support Staff (cashier) view the Student’s enrolled courses of the current term? If the cashier will look at the Student Profile, it will include all courses taken in the previous terms of the same school year.
We tend to use the Student - Left status for any classes that a student is no longer enrolled in within the current school year (e.g. previous terms, class changes, etc). If you set students to have this status, they should not appear in the Student Profile.
