How to link the Student to their Parent

I’m looking a guideline or step on how to link the Student to their Parent.

Hi syzuhdi, this is covered, very briefly in the following guide:

In short, head to Admin > User Admin > Manage Families. Here you can add families, and to each of the families add adults and children (who can each be part of multiple families if needed).

This data can also be imported under Admin > System > Import From File.

Hi @triastanto Some students may have parents who are no longer married or, for various reasons, consider themselves to be a different household. In this case, a student can be part of multiple families, for example, if their Mother was part of one family and their Father were part of a different one. This enables tracking and contacting those parents as separate families, with different digital and physical addresses. Hope this helps.
