i am lost in this one. i started exploring gibbon timetable by creating classes using data import, so i created two files to define the classes and the other one to link the time and facility for the class. now that i want to create a sinlge class i am not seeing the link where i can associate the class with time!!!. help is appriciated.

just to give a background i had to delete some classes due to wrong data, but after correcting the spreadsheet and deleting the classes first, i am not able to import the data and gibbon hung up11
Hi @alkindy If you’re looking to create the class, this is in Timetable Admin > Courses and Classes. You can find the course and add the class to it. To timetable the class, this is Timetable Admin > Manage Timetables. There is a handy Edit Timetable by Class button, but you can also edit each timetable day and period individually to add classes this way too.
Thank you @sandra . i looked into the edit timetable by class and what i see is when i click on the drop menu for the class i can not see any entry to select from even though there are already classes created.!!
Hi @alkindy Hmnm, that is odd. Timetables are attached to year groups, and so are Courses. Can you check that the course you’ve created for your classes is part of the same year group as the timetable? This is the only thing that comes to mind that would affect the list of classes for that page. Hope it helps!
