Hiding or Removing a Field

Thank you for your question!

  1. To hide these fields during data updates, go to User Admin > Data Updater Settings and set the relevant fields to hidden.
  2. Although User Admins can still access these fields on the Edit User page, you can prevent them from appearing by navigating to User Admin > User Settings and clearing the options for Nationalities, Ethnicity, and Religions. This will ensure no options are displayed and they can be kept blank.
  3. To remove the fields from the Application Form, use the Form Builder to edit the form and delete these fields as needed.
