Help Desk: SEARCH AND FILTER BY THE OWNER

Hi

In the Help Desk Module, I need to search and filter the issues by the name of the owner. This functionality is very important to us. Without this, it will make it impossible to use the help desk. Currently this search filter does not work. Is it possible to fix this problem?

Hi Alessandra, I can see where this would certainly be helpful, and I’ve had a moment to add it, so this can now be found in Help Desk v2.1.03
