Hi Ashraf, when you say that the installer is “not launching” do you mean that you get a blank white screen? If so, and even if not, it is worth checking your PHP error logs to see if they can tell you anything. These are most likely in C:/MAMP/logs. Let us know what you find! Thanks, Ross.
