It looks like part of the update has already run, as the table gibbonDepartment already has a sequenceNumber column. This is odd, and the first sign I’ve seen of upgrade issues with v20.
I’d suggest you roll back to the backup that you hopefully took before the upgrade, and then check the gibbonDepartment table to see if it does have a sequence number. If it does, something has gone wrong somewhere. You could try and remove that column from the table, and then run the update again.
