Full vs Expected and Enrollable Students

When I am adding a student to a class, it lists ENROLLABLE first. What does this represent - Does it hurt to add a student who isn’t “enrollable”? Does it relate to a status of FULL vs EXPECTED? And what does the COLOR of the rows in the Student list represent?

I believe all of these are related…but I can’t seem to wrap my head around it.

Hi Jason, the students listed first are the ones that are in a year group that matches one of the year groups that course is configured for. You can add other students, but they’re not in the enrollable list because they’re not the expected set of students for that course/class. Hope this helps clarify!
