Formal assessment

Hello,

We’re experiencing an issue with our school’s continuous assessment setup. Last term (Term 1), we successfully used the created columns for continuous assessment to generate the term 1 terminal report.

Now that we’re in Term 2, we expected a fresh space under Formal Assessment to create new columns for this term. However, the Term 1 columns are still displaying with the previous assessment scores.

Could you please guide us on how to create new columns for Term 2 or if we’re missing a step?

NB: my school uses the formal assessment not the Markbook

Hi @Fatombi. Formal Assessments are handled by date, so you should be able to create new columns as needed for Term 2, and they will show up to the left of the existing columns. If you need to differentiate the names, you could prefix the assessments with Term 1 or T1.
