Hello Hi. How to send billing fees to student?


If you go to Other > Finance in the main menu, you will see two main areas: Billing & Expenses. For fees, check out the module menu on the right hand side, and look at Billing. Here you can define commonly used fees, as well as a billing schedule. If you go to the Invoicee section, it will make sure all students have a billing record. You can then go to Manage Invoices and start bulk creating invoices. These are held as Pending, and can be edited, until you issue them.
