Fee Invoices

Can fee invoices directly be issued to students rather than the Parents?
Secondly, I have turned on the option of “View Invoices” for students in the Manage Permission category, but students still can’t view their invoices.

Hi Humna,

For Number 1, this is unfortunately not possible at the moment. However, if you, or a programmer you work with, can implement this change, we’d be happy to include it in Gibbon. We can work with you to offer advice. We’d love to implement it, but time is rather short for our core team at the moment.

For Number 2, can you confirm that the invoice has been issued? It will not show until that is the case. If this is the case, can you please let us know your Gibbon version number, and provide screenshots of the invoice in the Manage Invoices view, and missing from the student View Invoices.

This is a known issue that was fixed in v20. If you download the v20 version of this file, using the link below, you can add to your v19 codebase, and it should solve the issue:
