Thanks for being patient with this newbie. We have had Gibbon installed and we have about 160 students entered.
When we type in the Fast Finder (or anywhere that seems to use this feature, like Staff Absence Approval) it just shows Searching… without returning any results.
Is this an installation issue or what?
Hello DBush, no apology required, we are all learning about Gibbon here. As you can see, it can be a bit fiddly sometimes. We suspect that this issue may be due to a server configuration problem, which you can find out more about in your PHP logs. The location of the PHP log file varies depending on your server setup, so if you don’t know where it is, Google may help, or you can let us know what server setup you are running and we can help you out. You can also find the location of your PHP logs at the top of System Admin > Server Info
