Error Displaying Schedule in User Calendar (2)

Good afternoon,

We would like to understand why we are unable to view all users’ schedules from our administrator profile on the Gibbon platform (Petermowland.ac).

In the example you shared with us last Thursday, it was shown that the class details and specific periods were correctly displayed within each user’s schedule on your platform. However, in our system, this information is not being reflected.

We would like to understand whether this behavior is due to a configuration issue on our side or if there is another reason why this information is not visible from our administrator profile.
