I’m trying to set up Gibbon (v29.0.00) for my school and I’m having a little trouble setting up End of term results. I understand that Internal Assessments is the place to do this but I’m not clear on how or if it’s possible to set up auto-calculated scores like overall score (test+assignment+exam) and auto-assigning grades based on scores.
My school typically prefers to list out scores for each assessment criteria together with the overall and grade for each subject.

If your goal is to show assignment, test, and exam scores alongside an overall score and grade, I can think of two options in Gibbon (there could be more):

Generate a calculated results table – This can be achieved using the Query Builder module, where you can set up a custom query to calculate overall scores and assign grades based on predefined rules.

Generate individual end-of-term report cards – This is done via the Reports module. You can include detailed subject breakdowns, calculated overall scores (via formulas), and auto-assigned grades in a printable report format for each student.
