How we can set up email on windows localhost XAMPP so that we may send invoices and other reports to parents via email. (Currently It says could not send email)
Need direction.

Sounds like you need to configure your localhost server to send mail. Luckily, this is a common process and there appears to be lots of support info out there for a windows XAMPP system. Here are some searches & links that may get you started:
