Duplicate Unit from one school year to another school year

Dear Gibbon edu,

I want to copy a unit from one school year to the current school year. But the class does not appear from the selected course.

According to the screenshot, all courses appear to be listed (multiple LA options are displayed). However, it’s difficult to tell them apart because the courses seem to share the same short name. To clearly differentiate courses for different year groups, please update each course with a unique short name. The dropdown list displays only these short names. This information is stored in the gibbonCourse table under the nameShort field, which records the short name for each course. I hope that helps. Thanks.
