Can we disable application form option? If school offers admission only in fall , so the application form should should only be available during that time. Is there an option to do it in gibbon?

Yes, if you go into User Admin > Application Form Settings you can turn off Public Applications, and then turn it on again when you need it.

In recent versions we’ve added a new Admissions module and new Form Builder system, which replaced the old Student Application Form. The application settings can now be found in School Admin > Admissions Settings, and individual applications can be created and managed through System Admin > Form Builder.
