Is there a way of producing a data review form for each pupil, which includes pupil’s name, home address, parents contact numbers and emails etc and any medical or dietary requirements, which can be sent to parents annually in order for them to update any details that may have changed during the year.

There is a module called Data Updater, listed under People in the main menu, that handles personal, medical, finance and family updates. You can use School Admin > Data Updater Settings to control certain aspects of how this works, such as automatically forwarding parents to the update screen on login if their information is older than a certain date.
