Hi, we have tried to set up our course scheduling module to get ahead of the tide 6 months early. However, we can’t figure out how to do it without Rollover, but that sends the whole school up one grade 6 months before school ends, then we’d have to cancel the rollover to send everyone back to their original grades.
What do you suggest?

Happy to help : ) Try the following two pieces of advice, and see how you get on from there.
- In Course Selection, head to Course Selection Settings and check out the Course Selection School Year setting. Set this a year ahead, and all selections will be made for next year.
- This requires students to have courses to select from, so head to Admin > Timetable Admin > Manage Courses & Classes and a) use the Next Year link to jump to next year start manually adding courses b) import courses from a spreadsheet into next year or c) use the Copy Courses To Next Year link and then edit.
Once you’ve done this, you are ready to start setting up your blocks and offerings.
