Classroom maintenance request

It would be great if teachers could report classroom maintenance issues via Gibbon. Could a specific function (facility manager) and a specific form by created for the helpdesk extension? The form could include a personalized list of items like:

  • Broken door lock
  • Heating/AC broken
  • Light not working
  • Projector not working
  • Window shields broken
  • Request for cleaning
  • Broken furniture
  • Request for replesnishment of markers etc

Maybe this can already be done with the helpdesk extension?

Hi @AerofixGibbon The Help Desk module would be a good option to explore here, as this is one of it’s main purposes. You can set a number of categories, and people submitting an issue can choose from these categories, as well as add their own description and images. Here’s an example, but you can customize the list in the module settings:
