It would be great if teachers could report classroom maintenance issues via Gibbon. Could a specific function (facility manager) and a specific form by created for the helpdesk extension? The form could include a personalized list of items like:
- Broken door lock
- Heating/AC broken
- Light not working
- Projector not working
- Window shields broken
- Request for cleaning
- Broken furniture
- Request for replesnishment of markers etc
Maybe this can already be done with the helpdesk extension?
