how do i promote all the students at once from one class to the next insted a of promoting one by one?

Hi Viny, it is very hard for us to help with such server issues, as it can happen for many reasons. We can try and offer some suggestions tho! Can you access the server via SSH, or directly if it is a physical machine? Ross.
