BUG Report: Smart Block unable to switch to HTML view in the Free Learning Module

I’m having the same problem in Free Learning as the one I reported here: Smart Blocks Problem

The Smart Blocks in Free Learning are unable to switch from Visual to HTML to enter code.

Hopefully the update in v29 will also resolve this bug.
