Reports are not automatically delivered to users, they can however login and access them through Gibbon. For a report to be visible to a user, it needs to be added to an archive that the user can access (check your archive settings under Manage Archives). Then, it needs to have a Go Live date in the past. For reports generated through Gibbon, they must also be marked as “Final” reports.
