Hello there!
I added some code lines to my installation to make the upload of the photo of the student automatic. It basically swallows any photo taken with a phone and fixes the dimensions of the photo and the size of the file on the go.
It is a great feature for us and if it sounds like a nice one for everybody, shall I make a pull request?
