I need help on the following i dont know if this system can do the following:
Ability to register and manage all school assets.
Track costs associated with assets (e.g., for vehicles, record fuel usage, purchasing approvals, and who completed the purchase).
Record borrowing of assets with borrowing and return dates, approval details, and condition checks on return.
Thank you for your enquiry. Currently, Gibbon does not have a dedicated Asset Manager module. However, you can use the Library Module to track school assets such as laptops and vehicles, and utilize its Lending feature to manage borrowing and returns. Additionally, the Finance Module can be used to record and approve expenses and reimbursements as needed. These options should provide a practical workaround to manage your assets effectively.
