Here are a few questions regarding the Application Form and application fields.
Conditional / System Fields
Do I have the ability to replicate the functionality of some of the (what I assume are) special-purpose or system fields that appear in the Sample Application Form—specifically fields that hide or show sections of the form?
Examples include:
- Second Parent (“Do not include a second parent/guardian”) toggle that hides/shows the Parent/Guardian 2 section
- Medical Conditions toggle that hides/shows the Medical Information section
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) toggle that hides/shows the SEN Details section
- Company radio button that hides/shows company-related fields
Are these behaviors available for application, custom or generic fields, or are they hard-coded for only these application form fields?
Moving Fields Between Pages
I don’t see a way to move already-created fields from one page to another without deleting and recreating them. Is there a supported way to reassign fields to a different page?
Feature Requests / Enhancements
Would it be helpful (or already planned) to add the following?
- Student (user) photo upload to Application Fields
- Title field (for adult students) to Application Fields
- A generic field type for File/Image upload
- Email validity checking
- A Verify Email (confirm email) field
Field Labels
I’ve also noticed that I cannot change the labels for some Application Fields, such as:
- Student contact phone
- parent1phone
Is this intentional, or is there a way to customize these labels?
