I am still using v16 with some schools.
I have had a number of reports of the application form failing to submit giving the Filename not specified error. I can’t reproduce it but it’s clearly causing a problem. Have you any suggestions?

Thank you for sharing this. Certainly v16 is an old version and we have upgraded and refactored quite a lot of features in the system. It is really difficult to tell what might be happening since a lot of functions have been deprecated since v16. Could you maybe share some screenshots or share the error logs in php_error.log, apache_error.log and mysql_error.log. This might help us to understand the problem hopefully. Thanks.
