After end date issue

I’m encountering an issue with student form group assignments. After relocating a student from J1A to J1B using People-Admission, the system failed to update the student’s class assignment. Instead, the student appears under “After End Date.” What could be causing this, and how can we resolve it?

Hi Fatombi, this status generally means the student has an End Date set in their user data, which can be found in User Admin > Manage Users.
