I could not post again on the other thread. Here is what a I found -
it should be urldecode and not urlencode. When I did that the files path show up correctly. Now, I have a permissions issue.

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas?

I was able to fix it.That pesky .htaccess file is what was doing me in. But, the one fix I did from encode to decode made a big difference too.
