Symphonymusic, please can you either a) enabled PHP errors on screen, so you can see an error instead of a blank page or b) check your error logs. Either way, please find out what the error is, and paste it here so we can take a look.
a) is more convenient, but can expose backend details to users, b) is less convenient, but more secure.
