Hi @Arty Thanks for your question, my apologies for the delay in a response, it’s been a busy start of the school year here. Can you check your System Admin > Notification Events to ensure you are subscribed to the notification? Otherwise, generally only the user set in System Admin > System Settings > Admissions Administrator will receive emails by default. Hope this helps
