Hello Gangadhar, this is a common problem, and is usually due to MySQL credential issues. Are you able to log into your MySQL server, either directly on your server, or remotely using a client? Cheers, Ross.

We’ve recently discovered a bug in the v18 installer that may have caused the error you’re seeing. We’ve patched the bug and released v18.0.01 here: https://github.com/GibbonEdu/core/releases/tag/v18.0.01 If you replace your installation with the updated version and install it should work as expected.
