Does Gibbon have a backlog to keep track of all activities from all user roles (Administrator, Parent, Student, Support Staff, Teacher)?
EduDot,
Gibbon has a database table, gibbonLog, where items events can be logged, and some core functions to enable such log events to be written. At current logging only takes place in a few places (e.g. failed and successful logins), but in theory we can log other events.
What events are most important for you to have logged.

Ross
Thanks Ross,
I imagined a detailed trail for each or any user (Administrator, Parent, Student, Support Staff, Teacher). for example, an support staff signed in, performed students profiles (number imported, with time), etc.
In short, the google kind of history tracking, accessible from google settings, is a better explanation to the backlog i mentioned.
then an administrator can have access , whenever needed to all users’ history.
I hope my illustration is clearer.
Thanks
EduDot,
That is something we definitely should add, so I have added it to the v13 todo list. These features are not gauranteed, but we usually deliver between 60 and 100% of them.
v13 is undergoing some serious re-architecting already, and this is something that might fit into that work. I will speak to Craig Rayner, who is working on this.
Thanks,
Ross
Thanks Ross,
I am honoured to have my suggestion on the list. Please keep on the good work alive
EduDot, unfortunately we are out of time for v13, and have not had the resources to implement your requested feature. We have added this to the v14 board: https://trello.com/c/bM9qPbLp.
