Year Groups and Roll Groups Set up

Mind Builders,

Please are there special policies to follow in setting up Year Groups and Roll Groups? or where can I find the Rollover setting in Gibbon as I search at Users setting but saw only Rollover and in an effort to Rollover to next year the system complain of errors in the Year Group or RollGroup set up, I attached here samples of how its been done in my country, probably it does comply with Gibbon policy.

Francis, one useful thing to keep in mind is that Year Groups only need to be defined once, and can then be used every year. However, Roll Groups need to be added each year, as they often change from year to year.
