Welcome emails failing to be transmitted to students and parents in the Application Form

A welcome email could not be sent to Joseph Chisha.

How can I resolve this problem?

Hello, I’ve removed the post with the screenshot, as it has usernames, passwords and other sensitive information.

Is it just these emails that are not getting sent, or other emails within the system. For example, can you send messages using Other > Messenger?
