View past year's timetable of a former staff

Hi there,
Is it possible to view the timetable of a former staff in Gibbon? if yes, can you please help me how to access it?

Hi Chellie,

Yes, this is possible. First, login to the past year using the Options link under the login box/button.

Then go to Learn > Timetable > View Timetable by Person and search for the staff member with All Users turned on.

Then view their timetable and use the date picker to go back to a date last year:

You should see the full timetable for the former staff member.
