I tried to upload a CSV file with the following messages coming up:
The database was successfully locked.
User with username had some information malformations.

Some users could not be successfully read or used, so the import will be aborted.

Hi I have a in import template you can use. One problem I ran into was the use of excel in creating valid csv files. Try Libre Office for Mac or Open Office as they tend not to mess up the csv structure

Thanks for your input George. Adam, as George says, use LibreOffice to make your CSV files. It helps to turn all fields into text (by setting the format of all cells to Text), and then when creating saving the CSV select Edit Filters and check the box for enclosing all text strings with double quotation marks. Make your CSV and email it to me, and I will take a look.
