Hi Admins !

I made a test student ID. How do I control what all a student or a parent can access?
I don’t want students to access:

  1. List of other students (at least not in their own form/group)
  2. Timetables of other students …
  3. Also how do I unpublished some of the demo Free Learning data?

Hi flygye12,

What is seen in the dashboards is based on permissions granted in Admin > User Admin > Manage Permissions. It’s a long list, so generally worth filtering by module before you try and do anything!

To remove Free Learning data, you can delete the units in Learn > Free Learning > Manage Units. If you want to remove studnet enrolment, head into the relevant unit and use the Manage Enrolment tab.
