Please may I know how staff application can be accepted and the staff is automatically registered as a system User as it is been done for students when their form is been accepted, also can the staff form be edited to allocate appointment numbers to staff and the starting date.
Any update on the above issues will be appreciated
You can do this by heading to People > Staff > Manage Applications. Against each applicant there is a green tick icon for Accept: pressing this will create the user and staff records for the person.
Other information can then be entered into their records in Manage Users (User Admin module) and Manage Staff (Staff module).
