Is it necessary to start with school structure (I mean school year, days of the week, terms and specials days)?. I´m asking you because my new school is moving to another place, so dates are not set yet, I don´t want to enter incorrect information, or dates that is possible to be modified in the future.
Some functions depend on dates (Timetable), others do not (User Admin), and some is in between (Activities, depending on how it is set up). So it all depends on what you want to use when. I would recommend putting in dummy values, and noting down what you need to come back and change when the data is more fixed. I do this with our calendar and timetable when I am working from drafts to try and get ahead of the game!
