How can I specify those who hold the ability to submit a data update request for users in the system? I want to restrict this function to only a certain number of users. ---

Daniel, Modules contain actions, and actions can be permitted or withheld from a particular role (e.g. group of users) under Admin \> User Admin in the top menu and then Manage Permissions in the module menu. Scroll down to the Data Updater section, and turn off the related actions for the relevant roles. Thanks, Ross ---

How I can change permision the external evaluation so that it can be seen by students? ---

Guillermo, There is no facility for students to view External Assessments, as in schools who use Gibbon so far, they are only seen by staff. I have added this as a feature for v12 (as v11 feature list is already fixed). Thanks, Ross ---

Guillermo, your request for a parent and student interface for External Assessments has been built. It is NOT backwards compatible with v11, so yo will need to wait for v12 to come out to use it. It is off by default, so you will need to enable the permissions in User Admin. @admin Can we restrict _part_ of the data updater from being changed. Okay I got it User Admin \>User Admin in top menu then Data Update Settings in the module menu. I changed all above to “Read Only”. Thanks again.
