Hello, will ver 11 have a responsive design?

I had hoped it would be ready for v11, but it seems like the developer does not have it there yet, so I am doubtful that it will happen for v11. Perhaps some time in the future. It really depends on having volunteers with the right skills.

If it want to work on the same (making it responsive,) do i do it just on github or download the script or just work on it online>?

Best to wait until the v12 branch is announced, and then download that and work on it on your machine (using XAMPP or similar to act as your web, PHP and MySQL server). Are you experienced in responsive design?
