Is there a way to re-send the Welcome Email? Say they didn’t provide a correct e-mail on the application and it wasn’t caught prior to acceptance. What is the easiest way to get them the portal link and their temporary password?
Hi Melanie, the best way would then be to direct them to the Forgot Password link for them to reset their password and login. There are some changes coming to the application form in v23, which includes an overhaul to how the welcome letters work, so I think this will help address this issue in the future
