We have one student when we click on complete and save or save next, its states “Your request was completed successfully.” but it is not being reflected as such. Any ideas as to why that would happen?
Hi rprice1978, that is very odd. Can you check the student’s enrollment in the class via Course Enrolment by Person, to see if they are perhaps enrolled in multiple classes for the same course, or have been set to both Student - Left as well as Student for the same class?
