Question regarding cancelled status in billing module

Hi Ross & Sandra,

I don’t fully understand this status yet. Currently it is possible to make payments on an invoice and then set the status to cancelled. Is this normal? What happens to the payments?

Roman, the intended behaviour is that an invoice can be cancelled only when it is issued, but not paid (complete or partial). This is what I am seeing on my end. Can you tell me the steps you are taking to see cancel on a paid invoice, and provide a screenshot? I will then try and recreate the issue. Thanks. Ross.
